Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• Patient consent form to publish any patient clinical photos has been obtained and is available upon request from the corresponding author.
• In case of identifiable patient photos, the patient consent form to publish photos will be uploaded to the submission system.
• An Institutotional Review Board/IRB (Ethics) approval has been obtained in case of an interventional study in humans, and is available upon request from the corresponding author.
